Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order bearing ROC.No.2767/A3/2014 dated 23.09.2014 passed by the respondent and quash them as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice thereby direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and all other consequential monetary benefits.

Heard both sides. Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Though the petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 23.09.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if a direction is issued to respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2015. 3.In view of the limited prayed made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2015 and dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
