Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent
2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent had submitted that the order passed by this
Court, on 12.2.2013, in W.P.No.8253 of 2012, had been complied with. He had placed the proceedings of the respondent, dated 9.3.2013, in support of his statement.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
4. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
