This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in Crl.OP.No.18106 of 2019 dated 10.07.2019.

Cont.P.No.769 of 2021 2.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and a final report was filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Salem on 06.12.2018 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.860/2020. The learned Government counsel further submitted that the copies have been served on the accused persons and charges have also been framed and the case is now at the stage of trial. The learned Government Counsel further submitted that summons have been issued to LW-1 to LW-3 and the case is posted for trial on 15.09.2021. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Counsel, this contempt petition is closed.
