ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition 8(b) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders dated 14.11.2024 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 is relaxed.
