ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2017 for payment of graduate allowance. 2.The petitioner, who claims to be a Grade-I Police Constable and got the benefit of regularization from the respondent, made a representation on 19.06.2016 seeking some benefits, which has not been mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. It is claimed by the petitioner that he has given one more representation dated 07.11.2017. As he was not granted the graduate allowance, he is said to have filed O.A.No.1565 of 1995 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal. It is further stated that the Tribunal was pleased to pass an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order granting three advance increments on 13.11.1995. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not produced the copy of the said order passed by the Tribunal. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the said order was not implemented for long time, therefore, the petitioner had sent an application under RTI Act to the office of the 1st respondent on 21.11.2016 and subsequently, the said RTI application was transferred to the respondents 2 & 3. The 2nd respondent is said to have replied that there was no copy of the order passed by the Tribunal on the file, hence, a direction was issued to the petitioner to produce a copy of the order passed in O.A.No.1565 of 1995.

2.Without responding to the said communication to produce a copy of the order in O.A.No.1565 of 1995 passed by the Tribunal, it is not now open to the writ petitioner to file the present frivolous writ petition. Therefore, this Court finds no merits in the present writ petition.
