O R D E R

Petitioner in O.P.No. 4183 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondent inspite of printing her name in the cause list after service.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed his proof affidavit on 27.03.2012 and thereafter, there was no progress. The matter is pending before the Trial Court.

4. Learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the proceedings in O.P.No.4183 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
