O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to raise an issue as to how drugs have come into possession of Indians, who had been detained in the Malaysian Airport. The imputation is that something is wrong at the Indian end, as the drugs are stated to have been in the handbags. It is, thus, alleged that there is either lack of proper checking or collusion.

2.The authority to look into this issue is the Narcotics Control of Bureau (NCB) and thus, the petitioner may address the complaint to the NCB with whatever materials in his possession for the NCB to take appropriate action in the matter, as may be found feasible.
