2. Earlier this Court by an order dated 024.07.2024 granted interim anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to credit of Crime No.11 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the receipt of copy of said order.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to credit of Crime No.811 of 2024 and the same is recorded.
