ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue herein, viz., Sandhiya, aged 20 years, sought production of his wife. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3.

3. On 03.12.2018, this Court has passed the following order:- "No representation for the petitioner. The detenue is produced. She informs of being happily married to one Sathees Kannan and of their residing at No.493/7, M.V.Colony (North), M.V.Colony (Po), Attur (Tk), Salem District-636 121.

2. The detenue further informs of her father having suffered at the hands of the petitioner and still, the petitioner continuously harasses her father. It will no longer be necessary for the detenue to appear before this Court unless called for.

3. Post the matter on 13.12.2018."

3. In view of the order passed by this Court on 03.12.2018, no further order is necessary. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
