COMMON O R D E R This Court vide Order in WP.Nos.30333 and 2560 of 2019 dated 31.10.2019 and 01.02.2019 had issued direction to the second respondent to disburse the eligible amount to the petitioners, if not already disbursed by them, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Alleging that the said order has not been complied , the present petitions are filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.L.P.Maurya, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent/The Commissioner, Mettur Municipality, Mettur, Salem District-636 401 placed before this court the proceedings of the second respondent and submitted that the respondent has granted eligible amount to the Members of the Petitioners Association. In view of the above, the order having been complied with. These Contempt Petitions are closed. However, if the petitioners' association has any grievance, they are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
