This petition is filed to amend the satisfaction Court as "Special Court for the exclusive Trial of SC and ST Cases Court Cuddalore" instead of Principal District Sessions Judge, Cuddaloire in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.3886 of 2023, dated 25.04.2023.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
