ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent to some other agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Chengam. The same has been taken cognizance by the Trial Court in PRC No.11 of 2024.

3. In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
