Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Hon'ble Sub Judge at Tambaram to dispose of the C.M.A.No.9 of2012 along with the connected C.M.A.No.19 of 2012 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Sub Judge at Tambaram within a reasonable time on merits.

The appellants in C.M.A.No.9 of 2012 on the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Lower Appellate Court to dispose of the suit, within a stipulated time.
2. Aggrieved over the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.1590 of 2009 in O.S.No.747 of 2009 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, the petitioners, who are the defendants 5 and 6 in the suit, have filed the appeal in C.M.A.No.9 of 2012 on the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that though the appeal was filed in the year 2012, the Lower
Appellate Court has not disposed of the same yet. The learned counsel further submitted that in view of the order of status quo granted by the Trial Court, the petitioners are put to hardship and prejudice.
4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Subordinate Court, Tambaram to dispose of the appeal in C.M.A.No.9 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.07.2015. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
