By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the President of the Festival Committee of Sri Kaliamman Temple. He submitted an application dated 1.6.2015 to the second respondent, seeking permission to conduct cultural programme, which includes dance and song programme, scheduled to be held on 19.6.2015. Since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submission of Mr.J.Stalin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the issue, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 1.6.2015 in accordance with law, on or before 17.6.2015, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
