In similar cases orders have been passed by this Court directing the Jurisdictional Sub-Registrar, Sungavachathiram, to issue certified copy of the registered sale deed which were destroyed due to fire accident.

2. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the Jurisdictional Sub-Registrar, Sungavachathiram, to issue certified copy of the sale deed dated 24.06.1994 registered as Doc.No.4353/1994 before the Sub-Registrar, Sungavachathiram.

3. This Company Application stands disposed of with the above observations.
