CMP.No.13192 of 2021 & S.A.SR.No.54621 of 2014 P.T.ASHA, J This application has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 28.01.2016 passed in M.P.No.2 of 2014 in S.A.SR.No.54621 of 2014 and restore the same on file. M.P.No.2 of 2014 has been filed to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the above second appeal.

There was also a delay in filing this application for restoring C.M.P.No.8703 of 2021 and the delay has been condoned by this Court on 13.08.2021.

Consequently, this application is ordered and the order of dismissal dated 28.01.2021 in M.P.No.2 of 2014 is hereby set aside.

Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
