Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to regularise the petitioner's service with effect from her joining duty i.e., on 20.9.1982 as per the proceedings of the first respondent dated 20.8.2006 in Na.Ka.No.164648/Ta.No.3/04/E2 and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consequently fix her seniority in the cadre of Village Health Nurse in between the seniority numbers 361 and 362 and grant her due promotions with all attendant monetary and service benefits.
