G.ARUL MURUGAN ,J., ar No.29751/C2/Avipoka/13 dated 11.07.2014 and the subsequent proceedings in Letter No.29751/C2/Avipoka/13 dated 17.07.2014 both on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse all the terminal benefits due and payable to the petitioner on his retirement on 30.6.2013, notwithstanding the amount due and payable by the petitioner to the 4th respondent society with interest for the belated disbursement of terminal benefits.
