ORDER

The petitioner seeks to have his services as a Computer Assistant regularized from the date of his initial appointment on 18.04.2008 and to absorb him in the said post or in any equivalent post commensurate with his educational qualification and to grant him the consequential benefits.

2. The petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 06.11.2013 on the basis of which the second respondent has sought for certain particulars from the third respondent vide letter 24.06.2014. However, the representation of the petitioner has not

been disposed of to date and the petitioner has been kept in the dark.

3. Considering the fact that though the prayer sought is for a much larger relief, since a representation has been made by the petitioner, based on which details have also been sought by the second respondent, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2013 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
