This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2020 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. The complaint is with regard to matrimonial dispute. Since CSR is pending, the police is directed to conduct preliminary enquiry and proceed with the investigation as per law.
