This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.2.2014 as directed in Crl.O.P.No.14434 of 2013 dated 16.8.2013 and fix a time frame to investigate the same and file final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that petition enquiry was conducted by the first respondent police and the complaint was closed since it revealed that the complaint was lodged for a civil dispute.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The first respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ssk.
