By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be the organiser of temple festival relating to Shri Mari Amman Temple, Periya Vellaikuttai, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District, has submitted an application dated 3.6.2015, to the respondent praying for appropriate permission to conduct cultural programme, which includes dance and song programme, to be held on 10.6.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem, obscenity or vulgarity during the programme and prays for appropriate orders.

4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondent, also.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation/application, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation/application dated 3.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 8.6.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
