(DELIVERED BY R.SUDHAKAR, J.) When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the impugned order has been recalled by the appellate Tribunal in M.P. No.21/2015 and, therefore, this appeal has become infructuous and, accordingly, the same may be dismissed. An endorsement has been made to the said effect on the bundle. Recording the said endorsement dated 1.6.2015, this appeal is dismissed.
