The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 25.09.2023 in M.C.No.9 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
