The Learned Counsel for the plaintiff has taken out this application seeking leave of this Court to serve the 1 st defendant through substitute service.

Since, the earlier attempts to serve the 1 st defendant through Court did not fruity and the postal covers have returned with endorsement no such Company in the given address. It is eminent to order substitute service. Hence, this application is Allowed.

2. The Learned counsel for the plaintiff is permitted to take substitute service by way of paper publication in one issue of "Malai Murasu" circulated within the locality of the 1 st defendant. For hearing of the suit, post the matter on 16.06.2021.
