O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.02.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b) and 302 of IPC in Crime No.41 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased was doing real estate business. On 02.02.2020, due to business rage, the petitioner and other accused persons brutally attacked the defacto complaint's husband with deadly weapons and thereby the defacto complainant's husband sustained grievous injuries. Thereafter, he was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not involved in the above alleged offence and he is no way connected with the offence as alleged by the prosecution and he did not commit any offence. Further he submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 16.02.2020 and hence, he seeks bail for the petitioner.
