This application has been filed to transpose the second applicant/second respondent herein as the second petitioner in the above original petition.

2. The original petition has been filed by the first applicant for grant of succession certificate in her favour with a power to collect her shares and debts without securities specified in the Schedule.

3. The first applicant/petitioner is the step mother of the second applicant/second respondent. Since the second applicant residing at United States of America, she could not be able to come to India to collect her share of interest which devolved upon her due to the death of her father. Therefore, she executed a power of attorney dated 12.02.2020, in favour of her step mother viz., Mrs.Latha Grewal, to do all acts to protect her interest. In the said circumstances, she has filed this application to transpose her as a second applicant to obtain succession certificate along with the first applicant.
