The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.148 of 2007 has been disposed of on 08.08.2017 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording to the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
