This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 28.01.2015 made in R.C.A.No.167 of 2010 on the file of VII Court of Small Causes at Chennai (Appellate Authority) by confirming the order and decree made in R.C.O.P.No.2509 of 2006 dated 29.01.2009, on the file of XII Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sent a letter to the Registry dated 23.02.2022 stating that the revision petitioner is a senior citizen and he wants to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition. 3.The letter dated 23.02.2022 sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry has been taken on record.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
