The request of the learned Judge, Bhavani, has been scrutinized and it is seen that the Judgment has been reserved on 06.02.2019 and it is not known, as to why the learned Judge has adjourned the matter to 04.04.2019 and allowed the implead petition which came to be filed a month later.

The learned Judge is also granted time till 15.06.2019 to pronounce the Judgment in the above matter.
