This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 01.03.2021 passed by the learned Family Judge, Tiruvannamalai, in I.A.No.5 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2020.

This I.A.No.5 of 2021 was filed for restoring I.A.No.51 of 2019, which was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the main H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2020, was disposed on 18.08.2021.

4. In view of the disposal of the main H.M.O.P.No.7 of 2020, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition, is dismissed as infructuous.
