Mr.R.Rajarathinam, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondentInspector of Police, Cheyyur Police Station would submit that the application Crl.M.P.No.1630 of 2017 filed in the Original Petition, seeking extension of time was allowed and the respondent was permitted to file a final report on or before 07.04.2017. The respondent undertakes to file the final report, within the time.
