[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Ms.S.Thenkodi Annam Nelson, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' ['HCP' for the sake of brevity] and learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file, a scanned and reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. Learned counsel reiterated the aforementioned endorsement and made a plea that applications for visitation rights have been moved in the jurisdictional Family Court and petitioner's rights to move for expediting those applications may please be preserved. Request acceded to.

3. Captioned HCP disposed of as withdrawn / closed albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
