A.Nos.3062, 3063 & 3064 of 2024 in C.S.No.1042 of 2007 P.B.BALAJI, J., These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 3509, days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 3rd defendant, V.Kannan in the above suit; to bring the respondents 3 to 6 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd defendant, V.Kannan in the above suit and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 3rd defendant. 2.Though the length of delay appears to be huge, none of the respondents have no serious objection in allowing these applications as the suit is only for partition. These applications are allowed. 3.Post the suit on 19.07.2024. In the meantime, amendment shall be carried out and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed. It is represented that the 4th defendant also passed away. Hence, the learned counsel for the plaintiff shall take steps for the deceased 4th defendant in the meantime.
