ORDER
Respondents have been served with notice privately with the permission of the court. Their names have been printed in the cause list. However, they have not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through counsel. Hence, this court deems it appropriate to hear the submissions to be made on behalf of the petitioner and pass orders. Accordingly, the submissions made by Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for the
petitioner are heard. The documents produced in the form of typed set of papers are also perused.
2. Upon such hearing and after such perusal, this court is of the view that since the suit is of the year 2012 and four years have elapsed, it shall be proper and necessary that a direction as sought for has to be issued. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the trial court (Court of District Munsif, Hosur) to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.191 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to cost.
