Government and the consequential proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Director in Proc.No.A1/41445/2018 -O.O.No.11/2020 dated 20.04.2020 quash the same, in so far as they post the petitioner at Mobile Forensic Sciences Laboratory, Villupuram and the 3rd respondent at Documents Division in Chennai and further directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to give posting to the petitioner as Assistant Director in Forensic Sciences Department, Chennai - 600 004.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned G.O (Rt).No.156 Home (Police-XVIII) Department dated 17.04.2020 issued by the 1st respondent State Government and the consequential proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Director in Proc.No.A1/41445/2018 -O.O.No.11/2020 dated 20.04.2020 quash the same, in so far as they post the petitioner at Mobile Forensic Sciences Laboratory, Villupuram and the 3rd respondent at Documents Division in Chennai and further directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to give posting to the petitioner as Assistant Director in Forensic Sciences Department, Chennai - 600 004.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives in this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
