ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the detenue, by name Sivaranjini, daughter of Sakthivel, aged about 21 years before this Court and set https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a case of marriage between the detenue and the third respondent. However, efforts are on to trace the detenue.

3. In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. However, the respondent police is directed to go on with the investigation. As and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate after due intimation to the petitioner.
