[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.,] The petitioner, who is is the husband of the detenue, has filed this Habeous Habeas Corpus Petition to direct the first respondent to produce the Detenue Nandhini Gowri Devi Selvaraj before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The detenue is now present before this court. On enquiry, she told us that she is aged about 24 years old and she is married with the petitioner.

3.The said submission made by the detenue is recorded. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. It is open to the detenue to take a stand either to live with the petitioner or with the private respondents.
