PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed in Para No.8 as directing the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association, Chennai, Current A/c.No.484026006 Bank Name-Indian Bank Branch-High Court, IFSC Code-IDIB000M157 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1781/2025 dated 07.02.2025.

ORDER

It is seen that in para no.6 of the order dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1781 of 2025, there is a direction to the petitioner to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Chennai. However, in para no.8, it is stated that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association Chennai. Hence, it is clarified that it is enough for the petitioner to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association Chennai. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1781 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. Page No.2 of 4
