This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2016 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint it is seen that the petitioner has earlier lodged a complaint dated 25.06.2015 and the same was enquired and closed. Again the petitioner has given a fresh complaint dated 01.07.2016 making allegations against one Mohanasundaram, as if he is her husband. The complaint dated 01.07.2016 given by the petitioner does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuing a direction as prayed for. Hence, this petition is closed.
