O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1, 2 and 4 from in any way collecting the monthly subscription fee directly from the consumers registered with the petitioner and from interfering in the petitioner's operation of the Cable TV service.

2. The petitioner is a cable TV operator. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents started collected fees from the petitioner's consumers.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that there was some discrepancy in collection of fees and at that time, the respondents started collecting fees and now the entire system has been streamlined and those who are running cable TV are collecting fees.

4. In such view of the matter, no further direction is required in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
