ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction / order, directing the Respondent to register a first information Report as ordered in Crl.M.P.No.5105/2022 and expedite the investigation within the stipulated time and pass such further or other orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the basis of the Order passed by Vth Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, First Information Report in Crime No.165 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 506(i), 120b,143, 166 and 166A IPC was registered.

3. In view of the registration of First Information Report, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
