The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.648 of 2022 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.23 of 2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent.
