This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 393 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 30.10.2023 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1286 of 2020 by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 393 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 393 days, in the appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
