This petition is filed to direct the Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai to dispose of the petition in E.P.No.62 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.41 of 2014 expeditiously.

2. Since notice sent to the respondent was returned with an endorsement as "Left", the civil revision petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage.

3. According to the petitioner, the Execution Petition in E.P.No.62 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.41 of 2014 was filed in the year 2016 and the same has been adjourned from time to time. The respondent herein has not paid any rent from the year 2013. Hence, the petitioner/decree holder has filed the present civil revision petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition and without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of the execution petition E.P.No.62 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.41 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
