ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on a complaint given by one N.S.Babu, the respondent Police are conducting an

enquiry in C.S.R.No.85 of 2026 and that the petitioner was called only for enquiry and as such he participated and he was requested to produce certain documents with regard to the payment particulars. He further submitted that the petitioner was not harassed during the enquiry. 3.

Such being the position, the petitioner shall continue to appear for enquiry and co-operate. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be harassed during the course of enquiry. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent Police shall register a First Information Report and proceed in accordance with law.
