ORDER

This Court, by an interim order dated 04.11.2016 in W.M.P.No.32983 of 2016 in W.P.No.38504 of 2016, directed the respondents to make thepayment of salary to Mr.T.Kaliyamoorthy in the post of BT Assistant (Science) in the petitioner-school from the date of initial appointment, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said interim order dated 04.11.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
