[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents to produce the body of petitioner's husband S.Jaya Ruban, aged 24 years and set him at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Detenu having returned to the matrimonial home two days back is present before this Court along with petitioner. Both https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

confirm that the detenu presently is living along with his wife, the petitioner, who is expected to give birth to his child. In the said circumstance, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
