Aggrieved by the orders dated 15.02.2023 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No.935 of 2018 by the learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's request to examine the Bank Manager to prove that the petitioner's sister has paid an amount of Rs.1,06,000/- to the petitioner's father was declined by the Trial Court.
3.As the petitioner has done the transaction through RTGS transfer, the said transaction can certainly be proved by filing copies of the bank statement of the person who has sent the amount or the person who has received the amount. Main petition is filed seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty. The petitioner can certainly file the proof of RTGS transaction in order to prove that an amount of Rs.1,06,000/- has been transferred by his sister to his father.
4.With these observations, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
