Petition for condoning the delay of 1867 days in preferring the above revision against the judgment dated 23.08.2010 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal in C.A.No.2 of 2010 confirming the judgment dated 24.11.2008 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Rasipuram, Namakkal District in S.C.No.105 of 2006 2.

There is enormous delay. But the revision petitioner has been convicted and he has to undergo sentence. Thus, he want to challenge. He can be allowed to have an opportunity.

I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit.

Petition allowed. Delay condoned.
